The company aspires to working conditions arrangement, giving an opportunity for employees’ to realize their potential, what serves as the basis for fulfillment of their need in rise of living standards.

In consideration of the applicants’ offers we follow the following regulations of the Company’s personnel policy:
- Applicants, who are under eighteen years of age, without high school degree, higher education degree, inexperienced are not considered.
- The age is not a determining factor for the employment, except of those vacancies, where the work experience and high professional qualification are of primary importance.
- We estimate applicants only in accordance with their professional and personal qualities; we do not consider their colour, sex, race, religion or nationality.
- The candidates are interviewed only by the experts of HR department. The final decision is accepted collectively by the unit manager, assistant HR manager, and company director who has the right of casting vote.
